The staff are caring, and dedicated to the children’s development. They have clearly created a nurturing and stimulating environment where little ones feel safe, supported, and excited to learn. Watching both of our children grow in confidence, build friendships, and develop key skills has been amazing.
We know we’ll be incredibly sad when it’s time for Lottie to leave. We can’t thank them enough for the love and care they have given to both of our children over the years! Well done Emma and Rebecca for creating a wonderful place."

"When we first put our daughter in to First Steps at 1 year old, we were nervous about handing her over to (at the time) strangers. However very quickly we realised not only was she comfortable there but she was happy and looked forward to going every single day.

​“Since starting First Steps at 9 months old, we (child and parent) have been made to feel very welcome. All staff members have created a brilliant bond with our little boy and know him really well. Patsy cooks a varied menu for the children which our little boy loves. Seeing ‘All+’ on the meal updates shows he has enjoyed his meal and the meals are good value for money”

"First steps has been amazing for my son who is currently awaiting an autism assessment. He has one to one time with the SEN support worker and has progressed so much in the time he has been there. The nursery staff are brilliant and know his personality and needs. Also giving a worried mum reassurance with updates through messages & photographs throughout the day when needed.
More than anything he is excited to go to first steps on a morning and has a big smile on his face when I pick him up at the end of the day"
